"Nicely appointed kitchenette, outside chairs, coffee, shampoo, water. No breakfast or counter staff earlier than 7 a.m. "

"We loved the view from the room. We were able to watch the sunrise over the ocean daily as weather was perfect. The room was very spacious, equipped with a cook top, sink, full sized refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, iron, ironing board, and all usual amenities. Service for 4 with flat ware, coffee cups, glasses and utensils included. The front desk staff was very friendly and always supplied what we needed when we ran out. (We were there almost a week). It is literally right on the beach. There are also books in the microwave stand and dresser. It was very clean on arrival, and staff could be seen cleaning rooms thoroughly throughout our stay. They were friendly and courteous. One of the pull chains on the ceiling fan was missing the wooden handle, but that was no biggie. There are no elevators, but there is a dumb waiter available for use to get items from ground level up to your room if you desire. We just carried stuff. I would totally stay here again. "

"We had a great experience at the Avenue Inn. They are attentive to the little things that make a stay more convenient. We were surprised at how many guests, including us, showed up every night for a cookie break. We will definitely stay again when back in town! "

"Great Casino and Hotel. All staff are engaged. Location is close to alot of nearby attractions. Parking is also a plus. "

"They are currently doing a lot of construction on the hotel and beside the hotel so it's dirty and noisy, but I still enjoyed my stay and the staff are very interested in your comfort and safety. Not sure how safe I felt with all of it going on but it was still enjoyable."
