The staff was great, and friendly but the hotel itself is in need of upkeep. The floor tiles are cracked in places, some wall lights sconces are broken, the room we stayed in was a non smoking room - but it smelled very heavily of smoke. The entry room had wooden pull blinds to block out the hallway which was not very private as you could still see out into the hall way! I only stay at embassy suites so any change in quality is easily noticed, and this one needs some attention.

As soon as we arrived, they told us that our room was ready. When we got upstairs to the room, the first thing i noticed was a dirty towel on the tv stand. I then called the cleaning lady and asked if it was cleaned and she said no. So me and my family was exposed to whatever the last guest had left behind. We then had to wait 30 minutes to be able to go back to the room. When we finally got in there, i noticed that the blankets had stains on them. When i called the front desk about it, no one ever came to change them. I then went into the hallway to find the cleaning lady and a man told me to bring them into the hallway and that they would bring new ones. It took so long that we got ready and left for dinner and when we got back they were sitting on the couch. They never brought towels any time we called, they never brought tissue. The continental breakfast was a joke. They only had bagels, cereal, muffins and cold boiled eggs along with coffee milk and juice. Nothing like what i was expecting. I wouldn't go back.
