You’ll living at the heart of University City. Walking distance to UPenn campus, near the corner of 40th & Ludlow. Within blocks of campus, restaurants, bars, shops, Novie theater, grocery store and much more. Less than a block from SEPTA subway lines. Penn school buses are parked downstairs and campus police patrol 24 hours a day.
