Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment in the town of Devon, home of the Devon Horse Show, just on the outskirts of Philly on the Main Line. Sleeps up to 5 ( 1 queen bed , 1 twin bed, and one queen sized sofa bed). Great location with a Starbucks, Wholefoods and CVS Pharmacy within walking distance. Not far from the Devon train station. And there is a spa downstairs!
We are available to answer any questions at all times. We will check in with you to see how your are doing, but we respect your privacy so won’t be intrusive. Your comfort and enjoyment are our highest priorities.
Devon is home to the popular Devon Horse grounds that have spectacular events in the late spring and fall. Don’t forget to check out Nudy’s Cafe for breakfast and brunch, which is musta a short walk out the back door and up the street to the left. Or, if you keep on walking you’ll reach Whole Foods Market for fantastic culinary delights to take back to the apartment. And, if you have an Amazon Prime account, you can get a discount. If you walk past this market you’ll come upon a Starbucks for a variety of drinks and tasty foods. Don’t forget, across the street from the front of the apartment building is a huge shopping center with a Target, large Grocery Store and a Rite Aid, also available by foot. Get in the car to get to the huge King of Prussia Mall or visit historic Valley Forge. Take the train to Philadelphia for a day of sightseeing and fun.
The complete second floor apartment with a full eat in kitchen, full bathroom, 2 bedrooms and spacious and comfortable Living Room are all for our guests to enjoy in private. This space is not shared with anyone else.
The building was just renovated so all of the drywall, paint and flooring are new, as well as the kitchen cabinets, bathroom walls finishes and plumbing fixtures. There are two bedrooms and a spacious living room with a queen sized pull out couch that adds 2 more sleeping spots. All three of those rooms have new ceiling fans. The modern kitchen has a table that easily fits four with an extra table leaf in the closet to expand the table if needed. The 42” TV has ROKU in Guest Mode for you to enjoy free shows as well as log in to your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime accounts with many, many other choices.
Even though there are parking spaces at the front of the building, we encourage our guests to park behind the building in the parking lot off of E. Conestoga Road. You will see the sign for “Head To Toe Healthy Spa”, which is on the first floor of the 2 story building. The rear of the building is also where the entrance to the apartment is.

We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment and the location. When I messaged the host with questions, he responded in a timely manner. Should we ever return to that area, we would definitely stay at the apartment again!
The directions as well as how to access the property was well explained. The accommodation was as advertised. We were very comfortable. David has a great place and location.
Super easy to get to, check in was painless and the place was awesome. Super updated and modern style. Very clean! The location was perfect for what we were in town for. Would definitely stay there again. Dave was super at communicating with me throughout the process and while we were there. I felt bad I didn't get a chance to take the garbage out like I wanted, even after he told me not to worry about it. The place sleeps 6. Highly recommend 💛
We stayed here while attending Dressage at Devon, location was excellent, cafes were great for breakfast, show was a mile away. Clean and comfortable apartment. Would stay again if in the area.
Fam came out for a few days for KoP Mall and Sesame Place. The apartment gave us a nice base to come in and out of — and a convenient Target nearby for everything we forgot.
