He responded to texts within minutes. The space is very clean and nicely decorated. It has a full kitchen and everything you need to cook meals there. It is 1 block from the movie theatre and several nice restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Showering at off hours provided tons of hot water; but no hot water when showering at 7:30am. We were able to hear the TV from the downstairs neighbor while in the living room but the sound did not travel when in the bedroom.
