Our room was huge - more like an apartment! It was spotless and the bed incredibly comfortable. The staff was lovely too.

Nice hotel in a great position within Knoxville. The room was good but the aircon was slightly noisy. It was also a bit smaller than it looked I. the photos. We used the rooftop pool which was nice if a bit small and the breakfast was also good. There is only valet parking available and this is extra. Good value for money overall.

Only there for one night but hotel was clean and well kept. Comfy beds and AC in rooms which was very welcome.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the aircon worked well. The bed was comfortable. Reception staff were helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was good - hot food, cereals, fruit juice, waffles, pastries and coffee. Wifi worked great. Plenty of parking. Situated near a large shopping and restaurant precinct just a few minutes' drive away.

Good aircon, important as it was 95deg out, very comfortable quiet room, good breakfast.
