It is in a great location with a large driveway! The home is located in a quiet older neighborhood along the Dogwood Trail which was perfect for walking our dogs. The home was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. It has a large kitchen, and the dining room and living room were very comfortable for us, even when our daughter and her husband visited. The only two issues were there weren't good knives for chopping and dicing that we could find, and the trash can in the kitchen cabinet was more than half full. The location is great for Knoxville, and the parking was spacious enough for many cars. The beds were really comfortable, and the towels in the bathroom were some of the best we've used in a rental house. The bathroom has a very large vanity with plenty of counter space, and the shower had great hot water and really good pressure.
