There is a food pantry nearby that serves low income and homeless 2 days during the week, so guests staying mid-week should expect to see activity from people walking to pickup food. The Pet Fee will be requested after booking via the resolution center, and is paid separately from the reservation. 7) Damage Policy: Any damage caused during your stay will incur repair costs plus a labor charge. A Wear & Tear fee will be applied for any rule violations related to pets, smoking, or parties. 8) Checkout: Before checking out, please place trash in trash cans, start the dishwasher with used dishes, and begin a wash cycle for used towels. Security: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when not present. 9) Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. Failure to comply with any of these policies may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
