Future Inns Cardiff Bay

Future Inns Cardiff Bay

10/10 Excellent
"Room was a good size. Plenty of free on site car parking. Only a few min9r niggles which detracted from an otherwise good experience. No shower gel on first night, nut was replenished the next day, as we're the facial tissues box which was all but empty on arrival. No mini fridge in room, but maybe I set my expectations too high. Window glass was very dirty but being a 5th floor room understand they can't be cleaned daily but looked like they hadn't been cleaned for weeks if not months. TV had basic channels but not all buttons on the remote control were in working order so a little difficult to navigate."

"The room was clean with all you needed for a stay, and I found the staff friendly and always helpful when you asked for anything . Pool was great, lovely and warm with a relaxing jacuzzi , with a small gym on the side open 24 hours. Whilst I found the menu was adequate it personally thought it limited ,good choice at breakfast, Overall I would stay again."
