We had an excellent stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Muscat. The hotel is new, beautifully designed and in a superb beachfront location. What really made our visit, however, was the staff. They were warm, attentive and genuinely keen to help, without ever being intrusive. The service felt personal throughout and made the whole stay particularly memorable. We would happily return.
