"Place is beautiful! In the middle of the jungle, love the nature and how modern it is at the same time. Room is elegant and spacious, food is delicious (tried all restaurants) an is very family friendly."

"I didn’t have high expectations, but my experience ended up being breathtaking. From the moment you drive in from the road to the hotel, the view is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect walking distance to everything we needed, especially the Xcaret Park, which was super convenient and easy to get to. Everyone was very helpful, and the food was quite good. We especially enjoyed the buffet, and the lines were never too long. The only downside was one day when the electricity went out, making the room extremely hot and humid. Other than that, everything was nicely done, and we had a great time."

The food at the Italian restaurant and Buffet was our favorite and The bartenders made the best drinks! The foam party is the BEST I've been to in Cancun/Playa area. Entertainment staff was amazing and the night shows were fantastic! This is now our go to resort when visiting!"

"9/10 would be 10/10 if there was more priority for those who are actually staying on the property over “walk ins”. since the property is open to the public the roof top beds and chairs fill up fast. also wasn’t a fan on how reservations were required for all food options minus buffets/pool bar. other than that loved my stay!!!!"

"A la carte restaurants were excellent including the mayan diner and even the buffet was offering multiple different otpuons everyday. All pools were really clean and the resort was really well maintained (gardening and clean). The conciergerie (Elias) and the restaurant booking (Angelica Laura) really facilitate our stay and make us co sider to return next year at the same resort. Ramon the wedding coordinator was efficient and answered all our questions to plan a possible wedding there. Thanks ORP and Expedia"
