"The hotel is large, but well-maintained. The staff is very helpful and responsive. The only down side was waiting for the elevator at peak use times, because there were so many guests late March... The location is perfect, walking distance from the train station, and near downtown restaurants"

"The hotel is located in a quiet environment with parking free for those who drive. The public onsen is great, both indoors and outdoors and the private onsen is very suitable for those who prefer privacy. The meals provided, both breakfast and dinner, are super delicious although the quantity is not a lot. Just 10 minutes walk from the hotel you will leave the quite environment to the crowed tourists area where Kirin Lake, Yufuin Floral Village and many other shops are available. It is good to those who enjoy shopping and there are many shops with specialities available to cater to different shopping needs. Overall I enjoy the stay a lot and would strongly recommend it to tourists. "
