So you have no ability to leave luggage before check in or after checkout, so you have to use the lockers at the train station. Email on entry was confusing and required a call. I observed similar struggles with other guests. Checkin is all via keypad. Room was a nice size, had a kitchen, and sitting area (cushions were stained).
