Great onsen hotel near the Beppu station. No shoes allowed in the hotel which is unique. 7 private onsens plus public baths were available. Free ramen is provided for supper. There’s massage chairs available for use too. Very comfortable stay except light in room is by sensor which is rather annoying. ...

Parking was confusing, with 2 spaces not guaranteed. During check-in, we have a few broken things, but couldn't find the Room iPad to report it.
