Location is ideal as is near the 7 hells attraction. The staffs are very attentive n helpful. Hotel is clean and look new. Hotel staff comes outside to greet and help with luggage. Good facilities. We got a private onsen token per room per stay. In both private and public onsen the toiletries provided were above average, good products and all facilities were kept in a clean and pleasant state.
