Room was completely misadvertised as having a shower/bath, there was only communal available and even that had limited availability. The room had paper thin walls and wasn't exactly the cleanest one I have stayed at. I checked out early considering the false advertising and unacceptable conditions, the manager was unhelpful and came up with bogus excuses, refusing any refund. It's a Showa era youth hostel, nothing more.
