The hotel has some areas that seem a little tired and in need of updating. It was clean in most areas The staff were very pleasant and helpful, they are all worthy of praise. The food was fabulous although we didn’t always require a set 2 or 3 course meal. Drinks were expensive but the overall experience was very enjoyable and we would definitely recommend and visit again.

We booked The Parkway for two nights as we were coming to Wales for a family party which was being held there. We have stayed there before, a long time ago and visited on various other occasions. We were impress by the helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness. I couldn't fault it in any way. Our breakfast was among the best we have had anywhere. The bed was a bit hard, but that is a matter of personal taste. I loved the dragon mugs in the bedroom and bought three!

Nice hotel within reasonable walking distance of ICC Wales (although an umbrella is useful if it rains!). Lovely restaurant (breakfasts are particularly good!), quiet bar open indefinitely to residents and helpful staff. Thoroughly recommended.

Wow! What an amazing two days. We stayed in the King Henry VIII Suite, which was such a fantastic experience. The restaurant meals were superb and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Definitely recommend this lovely hotel with very pleasant staff and excellent location with beautiful views.

Great newly refurbished room. Fabulous new bathroom and room decor. Thoughtful additions in room like a table mirror to do make up.

We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms.

A most enjoyable stay with a very comfortable room, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Ideally placed in the town.

Short comfortable stay didn’t use the facilities

Arrived early as we were going to a matinee show in the Millennium centre. Although our room wasn't ready there was a place to store our belongings safely. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast is amazing.

My partner and myself had a relaxing time, we enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi etc during the afternoon, we then sat down in the evening in the restaurant and enjoyed a lovely meal. The view although dark out was great of the lights in the valley. The room we had was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast which was buffet style and in the restaurant was very good, it had a lot to offer all tastes and was very plentiful. We will look to come back and hope to try the golf course next time.

This B&B/restaurant is fantastic and I can not fault it at all! The rooms are spacious, clean,warm and comfortable with plenty of free tea/coffee. Andy who initially greeted me was pleasant and helpful, as I left before breakfast was served the following day he arranged for a packed breakfast to be made for me! this has not happened for me before at other hotels. Lovely little hide away hotel with a sweet little courtyard with very pleasant out door dining. Very efficient staff in the restuarant, excellent service, excellent food. Whole experience was a pleasure. Only issue was we had to pay for overnight parking,which run out at 9am in the morning.

Was a lovely base to explore Bristol, after a busy day we could retreat to this cosy accommodation in beautiful surroundings.
