"This is a medieval building which has been restored beautifully, blending modern touches, whilst maintaining the hotels historical integrity. The staff were friendly and accomodating and the food was excellent. Our room was lovely and the additional touch of a bed and treats for our dog was really appreciated, something we have never experienced before. "
