I rarely complete reviews but having stayed at the Audubon Cottages I felt I must share my views! The cottages are an oasis of calm in a fantastic city. The Butler service provided, especially by Maria was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was extremely welcome at the end of a busy day. I would recommend any of the cottages highly.

Fantastic location in French Quarter. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The beds were real comfy. Spotless room. The coffee provided in the morning was tasty. Loved this hotel. Want to stay again.

Loved my stay here. Great location in French Quarter near Bourbon Street but also near downtown area. Courtyard style hotel, which protects it from the noise of Bourbon. One of the bars has live jazz every night and I spent a lot of time there. (It is effectively in the next street, although I believe it is possible to access it directly from the hotel.) Staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Some may consider the style a bit old fashioned but it is in keeping...

Le Pavillon is a stylish property in the CBD (Central Business District) of New Orleans. It's conveniently walkable to various places of interest. The staff are lovely and helpful. The cleanliness and decor is top notch. We would gladly return to this property. The only snag we experienced a few times was elevator wait times as one out of the two elevators was down during our stay.

Great location and it was lovely to stay in a place with a little individuality rather than the usual hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Fresh towels every day and great people on reception with help and advice. Highly recommend.

Really lovely stay and one of the nicer W's I have stayed in as it was smaller and felt cosy. Short walk up to Canal Street or along Royal and onto Bourbon St. Good sized room overlooking Chartres St, comfy bed, good air con. Ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant one morning which was great although service was a little slow. All in all happy and not sure why others have rated it so low.

Great location, quaint building. Very friendly and helpful. My only very small complaint is that a kettle in the room would be nice. Overall a lovely stay
