"The room was clean, pleasant, and spacious enough for a family of three with separate beds. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. The pool was a nice temperature and generally inviting. However, the chlorine level seemed quite high, as it caused eye irritation even without getting water directly in them. It was also disappointing that the sauna and steam room were out of order during the stay."

"It was like faulty towers and everyone else said so too so wasn’t just me. Whatever cd go wrong did all the time. I’m exhausted and need a holiday to get over such a nightmare. My mother left a day early. I wd hv done too but was visiting my son."

"Stayed for the Southampton Marathon. Perfect location, great parking, nice room and friendly staff. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working, but this didn't spoil our trip. "

"The staff were attentive but not over the top, pleasant day rooms and outside areas, bed was comfortable but the shower wasn’t the best. Food in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was a buffet style and therefore wasn’t as good as made to order. "
