"The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The hotel is very dated and needs a lot of maintenance. I'm not sure it quite meets the criteria for 4* because of this. The pool was really warm but it is very small. The steam room was out of order during our stay which is a shame, the sauna and pool were the only part that was well maintained. I didn't use the small gym. Our room needed a lot of work, the window frame was rotten and the glass was rattling around, the sealant around the bathroom was coming off and the bath panel starting to disintegrate at the bottom. The room was however, very clean with a comfortable bed."
