"We had a lovely stay,the staff were great. The only issue we had was,we had to change our 1st room as no hot water out the ho tap in the bath and we had the same problem with our 2nd room"

"The room was dusty and the cupboard area is very dated and in poor condition. The bathroom was very poor - useless shower with no power to the spray, dirty grout on tiles. Generally poor maintenance and cou la d do with a complete refurbishment. "

"Great location for catching cruise departures at City Centre and Horizon terminals. Sue at check-in was very professional and courteous. Only issue was trying to figure out how the heating in the room is designed…but, it was easily sorted with a call. "
