"Stayed here over the Christmas 2023 for 7 nights. As many reviewers have commented, the property is furnished to a high standard, with particularly comfortable beds. Some of the best we’ve had in a rental. The house is well located with views of Carsington Water and pub within walking distance. Lots to see and do within a short drive. "We really enjoyed using this large property for a work/social weekend with a big group of us. The facilities were excellent, beds comfy and it was so great to have the big conservatory and garden room to get together as a whole group, as well as the sunny garden to enjoy some outside time. Great location as we come from all over the UK and Nathan, the host, was super helpful too. We are planning to book again for next year."

"Excellent property for a large group of adults to explore the Peak District. Six en-suite rooms equally sized so no-one gets the small room! Kitchen/dining area easily accommodates the group and is well equipped. The lounge is enormous and has great views. Loads of walking from the Chapel or a short drive away. Pictures/description of the property can't do justice to the wow factor. Would definitely recommend."
