Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff. The rooms are to a high standard, despite being a little on the small side. However, the addition of a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains more than made up for the rooms size.

The hotel is great with quirky styling and a down to earth atmosphere however, it's a trendy place to be and is open to non-residents who visit to enjoy the bar and free facilities. In the week we stayed it was a madhouse with young children, under 5's, running around out of control. It meant we couldn't enjoy the facilities as much as we would have liked. We booked the hotel because of all the amenities, somehow those amenities need to be reserved for those who have paid to stay there I...

Fabulous stay and would highly recommend. Only negative we had was that there was no bin bags available in the apartment and it was not cleaned for the 4 days we stayed and no change of towels.
Other than that we would definitely stay again.

A great location, less than 5 minute slow walk to the centre of Chamonix. The room are very comfortable and the room I started in had a view straight into Mont Blanc. The bar was ok, although the beer was very expensive and was ‘Carlsberg’ and the glass was half full of froth. Bit that’s being picky, would definitely stay again

We used albybus and it costs 47 euros each way. 2. Get a 2 or 3 day saver pass (you'll save money) 3. If the weather is looking very good, the first trip is by cable car up to Aiguillie du Midi. (superb) Whilst there and if the budget will stretch, you MUST go across the glaciers on the small cable cars...

The quality of the staff and the service seems to have been renovated too, and is excellent. We had a memorable stay. I will certainly return.
