"The room was a lot smaller than expected and the bedroom was actually on extend to the lounge with only a bifold door separating them. You couldn’t watch the tv as the sofas were not able to be positioned in the right place. Unfortunately there was shards of glass on one of the sofas which my daughter cut her hand on. They did attempt to hoover it up with the most disgusting dirty hoover I have ever seen. But in the end had to change the cover. They weren’t very apologetic about this and didn’t seem to understand the potential implications. The radiator in the “bedroom” wasn’t working and had to be fixed. There is only one plug socket in the kitchen so you have to change the kettle, toaster, coffee machine over as you need to use them. In general there aren’t enough plug sockets and the room is really dated. Ski locker is very small for 4 people skiing. Great location and views, and snow was lovely."

"We loved our stay at the apartment. It is not big being a studio but we were a family of 4 - kids aged 17 and 14, and it worked great. The location was perfect for access to ski in/out from the proclou run, which is a great beginner run. It is also a 2 minute walk to a Sherpa supermarket which stocks essentials, there are larger options within 5 minute walk as well. Close access for restaurants as well. A short walk for ski hire and the centre of town as well as the Folie Douce. Parking is just behind meaning transfer to the apartment is very easy and can be done on foot through the car parks. Parking de La falaise/ parking du plateau. Make sure transfers drop you here and not in Morzine.The views in the evening from the balcony are amazing. Great communication from the owners as well. An all round great experience, thoroughly recommend and will come again."

"Great location, apartment was reasonable size and good value for money.Sophie was always on hand on messenger however I think a small welcome pack or email would be handy. Something that contains clear instructions for check-in and check-out, WiFi details etc. Whilst all went fairly smoothly I was a little apprehensive about how to get from avoriaz parking to the apartment, picking up the keys at the cafe and got advised of the wrong room number.
