Rural Loft in Pisa Province with Magnificent views over surrounding Tuscany
- The "Magazzini" Loft Apartment was created from the renovation of the old warehouse of our 14th-century Tuscan manor. The striking architecture has been carefully preserved, maintaining its original shape with only three walls enclosing the bathroom, resulting in a spacious 140-square-meter open-plan layout. The original exposed beams add character and history to the space.
The apartment includes:
• One double bedroom
• A large mezzanine with one twin/double room and one king-size bedroom, comfortably sleeping 5-6 guests without using sofa beds
• A spacious, fully fitted kitchen
• A sitting room with a large flat-screen TV and surround sound
• A pool table, which can double as a large dining table if needed
• Two WCs and a full bathroom with a shower
• A striking American-style fridge, dominating the kitchen space
• Stunning Views & Natural Light
With 10 windows and a skylight, the apartment is flooded with natural light and remains cool thanks to the refreshing cross-breeze. The views, especially at sunset, are spectacular.
The Magazzini courtyard, with its historic well/cistern at its center, offers a perfect place to relax, enjoy a barbecue, or gather with friends and family. Guests are also welcome to explore the historic garden of the manor, which features:
• A large trampoline for children
• Table football and a ping pong table
• A panoramic 200-square-meter terrace, perfect for watching the sunset

Loft molto bello e spazioso in un contesto tranquillo
Siamo stati in due famiglie in questo bellissimo loft 3 notti. La casa è davvero spaziosa e ben rifinita con tutti i confort che ci potevano servire. Il Sig. Genka è stato davvero gentile e ci è venuto incontro nelle nostre necessità. La cucina è ben fornita e ha anche la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice!!!! I bimbi si sono divertiti tantissimo nello spazio al piano terra che è una palestrina dove hanno potuto giocare. Il loft è inserito in una corte con altre abitazioni ma è indipendente. C'è anche una bella piscina con una vista spettacolare sulla valle e tutt'intorno dei giardini molto curati. In conclusione un'ottimo capodanno!!!

The place to go !
If I were selfish and dishonest, I would write that Genka's accomodation is not to be recommended at all... Just for the sake of dissuading other travellers from booking it and having it all for my family and myself next summer...
But the truth is that this is an amazing place, within easy reach of marvellous cities like Lucca, San Miniato, Sienna, Firenze, San Gimignano etc. The accomodation in itself is cosy and absolutely awesome : plenty of space, really well-equipped, with a striking and nice architecture. To crown it all, you have access to a swimming-pool that overviews the splendid Tuscanian landscape - you can also enjoy wandering in the domain. This is definitely the place to go for your holidays !!!
AND Genka and his family are really nice and welcoming hosts. Thanks again to them !!!
