"We absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, there were many options at breakfast from fresh fruit to cereal. We were staying with a 7 month old and they provided us with a travel cot and baby chair for breakfast. Not really a complaint but the bed was pretty hard and we did have to ask for a top up of the tea / coffee / milk in our room as they do give bare minimum, but other than that it was a perfect stay, they booked us a water taxi for returning to Marco Polo airport free of charge and one of the staff members showed us the way to Rialto and helped with our luggage, thanks so much!! Highly recommend."

"The staff was extremely helpful on providing recommendations for food and transportation in the area. The rooms were spacious and clean. Fell in love with the bathroom! Would definitely stay here again as it’s in a very convenient location and we had a very comfortable stay."

"Hotel Splendid was great—amazing customer service from start to finish, with staff who truly cared about making our trip special. The location couldn’t be better—right between Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, so we could walk everywhere. Charming, comfortable rooms and a true Venetian atmosphere. Highly recommend!"
