"Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed."

"Firstly, our hosts were fantastic – they made us feel very welcome. Their family were also very friendly and helpful.The accommodation was perfect for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had a great private garden area for relaxing in the hot tub. The location was perfect for our visit to Paultons Park, with it being just a stone's throw away.The local pub recommended by Chris and Lisa was fantastic. "Dirty, changed my room, someone else in my room when I arrived so not safe to leave any belongings in room as someone else was in the building and had access. Didn’t send entry codes to one room. No toilet or shower so had to use a communal toilet which didn’t have any toilet paper. Cheap for a reason. Clearly are not cleaning the rooms. Wouldn’t risk sleeping under the sheets so slept on top of the quilt "
