We were blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were, every single one of them , I would highly recommend here and will definitely return , food is amazing , so much choice and large portions , we absolutely loved it .

Lovely spacious comfortable room, very clean and beautifully quiet. Tea and coffee supplies locally sourced where possible as were a lot of items on the menu. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel and really enjoyed everything. Bar well stocked with an excellent range. Attentive lovely staff, who know how to be in stealth mode and not interrupt while you’re in full swing of conversation. Great night in the New Forest. Friendly staff and fantastic food. Room on ground floor was really comfortable and super clean. It was a wet windy day in New forest so perfect excuse to sit in the comfy bar and enjoy the atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend.

The staff, Receptionists in particular could of of been more friendly or helpful. Most comfortable bed. Lovely clean room. Excellent breakfast (maybe a little early for some) Location is great as lots of unique shops and eateries within a few hundred yard. Only downside is constant traffic noise. The Hotel was very clean , service provided by the staff was excellent. The food was also to a height standard. My general feeling was that the property was a bit tired and in need of a face lift.

The room was comfortable, a little dark, a view into the garden. The bathroom had a bath with shower but would benefit from the installation of a modern shower unit. TV and coffee/tea making facilities were available as was a complimentary bottle of still water. Evening meals are served in the bar areas, breakfast is served in the main restaurant. The menus are adequate for most diners. Plenty of parking with electric charging points. The star of the show is the indoor pool. Easy walking...
