"10 of us (Three generations with an age range 2 to 70) stayed for 2 nights to celebrate a family birthday. Instructions to get the keys and open the gate were very clear and even included a helpful video. We asked a few questions about the house before we went and always had an answer within 24 hours or less. Very helpful.We found it very clean and tidy. Towels and a fan in every bedroom.
