"This cabin was a very comfortable, cozy and peaceful place in the country to sit back and relax after spending time visiting Galena and Dubuque. "The place is so beautiful and unique. The location was perfect for what we had planned. We spent a good amount of time at this location. The only complaints I have was the heat was not working. There were some minor things broken when we arrived. A drawer in the kitchen and one at the coffee bar buffet."

"The cabin is beautiful; made by the Amish. We were there during a snow storm; the hosts were continuously plowing and shoveling the steps for us. The landscape is gorgeous and quiet, the driftless region. We met their cows and horses. So many things to do since it's located among many small towns. Very sweet!"
