I was extremely impressed by this 5 star hotel. The room always clean and the staff were always very! Very! helpful. I enjoyed the SPA and the Gym that the hotel offer. I was using the Spa and the Gym regularly on a daily bases. The hotel also provides a professional massage service, as well as hair cut service and manure cure and pedicure services. Finally, I will use this hotel again and will refer it to friends and family.

Really good room and amenities, especially for the price! The price also includes FREE transfer to Bole ( the airport ).
Food wasn't the best I've ever had but still definitely worth it and I would stay again.

"We loved the unique buildings and the beautiful, natural setting. The hot spring pools were a delight and had a beautiful outlook.
