"Overall experience was amazing. Good location, good hotel, nice rooftop and vibes. However, if you have an IPhone, screen share will not work, internet was super slow when you try to play YouTube. Theirs is no parking garage for your car. Didn’t have hot water and they did offer me an upgrade but it was a way smaller room with a view. Other than this few issues, everything else was good. Will def stay here again. "

"HAD A CORNER BALCONY ROOM, HOWEVER NO FURNITURE ON BALCONY SO COULD NOT SIT OUT THERE WITH A DRINK TO ENJOY IT. MAY AS WELL NOT HAVE A BALCONY IF NO CHAIRS ON IT. ROOM WAS DISABLED ACCESSIBILITY ROOM. TOILET WAS TOO HIGH, SINK WAS TOO LOW, SHOWER ONLY DID A LITTLE DRIBBLE AND NOT EFFECTIVELY USABLE. YOU GET A WELCOME DRINK, BUT THIS IS JUST SOME "PUNCH" AND NOT TOLD WHATS IN IT. BED MATTRESS WAS TOO SOFT, BAD BACK IN MORNING. KETTLE AND DRINKS STATION WAS ON ONE OF THE BEDSIDE TABLES. SCALDING RISK. SHOULD BE ON A SEPARATE SHELF IN AREA AWAY FROM BED. THIS ALSO MADE SPACE ON BEDSIDE TABLE RESTRICTED NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO PUT BOTTLE OF WATER, PHONE AND GLASSES ON IT. NO CHARGING PORT HAD TO USE A PLUG RESTRICTING SPACE HERE EVEN MORE."

"Would definitely recommend! Facilities are great especially the gym, one of the best i’ve seen. Only thing is Steam room was very weak. Christmas buffet had a good selection and breakfast was nice. "

"A seven minute walk to Elizabeth Line. Nice hotel. Lovely staff. Very well priced for location. Clean, modern rooms, but a bit small than I expected. Highly recommend. "

"Great location for shops, olympic park, abba arena and Stratford tube. Also lots of bars and restaurants (although mostly chains) on doorstep. Short walk to hackney wick or fish island if preferred."
