"I'm going to be really fair. Our stay was actually great. Don't book if you are fuzzy and it is an issue for you wear down flooring or not so pretty decoration. "This was such a great experience for my boyfriend and myself. Especially, it being our first time in London. The hotel was phenomenal. So close to so much that we wanted to see. Beautiful room and wonderful staff. Thank you again for having us. We will most certainly be back. 💜💜💜"

"The hotel was very clean and updated. The only problem we encountered was with the air conditioning as it didn’t seem to work the second night. Also there was a lot of noise coming from the room next to us because they were doing maintenance while my sister and I were trying to rest after coming in from a long flight. However, when I alerted the front desk staff of this, they immediately ceased working and the noise stopped. It was a weekday afternoon so I understood that they would be working during that time but I appreciated the front desk staff asking them to stop so we could rest peacefully. Everything else was good and we would stay here again in the future when returning to London. The location is also convenient and close to the train station."

"It is in a good location and seems tobe popular with large groups of American Tourists. It has decent facilities and a bar and restaurant Chino Latino that is a cut above the average hotel Coffee Shop. Menu is a ‘poor mans Nobu’. Should have at least one more bar. And the rooms are ok but looking rather tired."
