Stayed in the Victoria Suite overlooking the front. Large room, huge bathroom, everything spotless. Great shower, comfortable bed and good wifi in the room. Supplied with tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. Great breakfast and food in the bar in the evening was good. Staff really friendly. Absolutely no complaints at all will definitely stay again when in the area

What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . Thank you so much , we would definitely recommend you and will come back again some...

I feel very comfortable staying here

We always stay here when in Southport which is quite often. Its friendly and a good service and nice rooms. We thought the kettle was broke (our silly faults) so while waiting for the maintenance guy a lovely lady brought ys large pots of tea and coffee to our room plus biscuits. The maintenance man appeared 10 mins later who was very friendly and smiley and explained we need the door fob in first. Brilliat place to stay x

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy.

Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. Bed was amazingly comfortable I had two fantastic sleeps didn’t awaken like I’d normally do. Across from hotel is Blackpool north train station which is where I arrived. A chance conversation outside of a building turned into the discovery of a gem of a place. Newly refurbished and opened on the day I had that encounter with Dave, the manager. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Already looking forward to my next visit.
