"This accommodation surpassed our hopes. I was with my elderly parents and wanted a property on one level. The fixtures and fittings were of an excellent standard, good quality bedding and towels. Fantastic walk in shower which was safe for my parents and very spacious. All the rooms were spacious and everything we could want was provided. We were lucky enough to have some lovely weather in April and could enjoy the garden which is so nice. The pub that is about 1 min walk was an extra benefit if...

Excellent location for all the pubs, restaurants and lovely walks in the sunshine. As always nothing was too much trouble for Ross. Friendly and professional as always. "We've stayed at this property several times in the past 18 months or so and have always rated in highly in reviews. This time around we felt that the fittings need refreshed. The sofa is stained and the carpets are in need of a clean/renewal. But we'd still come back again. The fittings are modern, the location is peaceful and local amenities are just a short walk away. "

"Just spent 4 nights at this lovely cottage. The cottage was very spacious for the 5 of us and everywhere was very clean. Very high standard equipment with everything that we needed eg washing machine, dishwasher etc. The weather was pretty poor but the cottage was cosy to return to, and the log burner was brilliant. Laura was helpful with any queries we had, and left a welcome pack. Plenty of walks in the local area. 2 good pubs in the next village, and Kirkby Stephen less than a 10 minute...
