The house has 5 bedrooms: the gray bedroom of 14m2 with 1 bed of 160x200 convertible into 2 beds of 80x200 with its bathroom and its adjoining toilet, the red bedroom of 23m2 with 1 bed of 160x200 with its bathroom and a toilet independent adjoining, the green room of 11m2 with 1 bed of 160x200, the yellow room of 10m2 with its 2 beds of 80x190, the blue room of 13m2 with 1 bed of 160x200 convertible into 2 beds of 80x200, a bathroom with a double sink , an independent WC that can sleep 10, a folding bed can be made available on request, a laundry room with 1 freezer, 1 fridge, 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 ironing board and iron, 1 "Ice Maker".  
On the garden level, 1 living room with TV, HiFi system, piano, comfortable armchairs allowing you to listen to music in the greatest comfort, 1 hall with an independent WC and 1 hand basin, 1 dining room with a table that can accommodate 4 or 12 people, a kitchen equipped with 1 fridge / freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 electric oven, 1 microwave oven, 5 butane gas fires, 1 espresso machine, 1 coffee maker, 1 citrus press, 1 robot.  
In each room you have cupboards and wooden hangers.  
Many dishes and cutlery are at your disposal and the veranda is equipped with a table which can receive 20 people;  
 An air conditioned fitness room with machine, dumbbells, treadmill is at your disposal.  
A 4800 m2 garden features a secure counter-current swimming pool with numerous facilities that will allow you to relax sheltered from outside eyes only disturbed by the sounds of nature.  
This building well insulated by external walls of 90cm does not require an air conditioning unit and keeps a very pleasant freshness even during hot weather.  
Normal size openings prevent sun and heat flooding.  
The presence of large trees on the terrace makes it possible to have lunch outside sheltered from the great sun and in the evening protects from humidity.  
We have managed to reconcile the qualities of an old house oriented so as to be protected from high winds and the standards of modern comfort.

Le jardin en particulier est encore mieux que sur les photos : ses aménagements et ses abords (pelouse et oliviers, potager, piscine, salons de jardin, terrasse, véranda…) peuvent être appréciés aussi bien des tout-petits que des plus grands.

#### Gorgeous property

The property is beautiful: house and gardens. The grounds are well kept and the manager of the property is extremely helpful. However, we asked for fans as we experienced a heat wave, but our request was declined. Also, the Internet connection worked only in the living room, which made it difficult as some of us had to work remotely.

Magnifique maison dans un jardin superbe! Quartier très calme sur la colline en dehors de La Ciotat mais proche de la mer tout de même. La maison est très bien équipée, bref nous avons passé un très agréable moment . Je vous recommande cette location !

#### Parenthèse enchantée

C’est un hâte de paix où il fait bon vivre car la maison et le jardin offrent de nombreuses zones où chacun peut se reposer, jouer, se baigner sans jamais gêner les autres. La propriété a beaucoup de charme et l’ambiance est zen . Seul bémol, la taille de la piscine et son filet de protection un peu obsolète de même que le jardin qui gagnerait à être plus entretenu. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à 10 en famille et remercions les propriétaires de leur délicate attention.

#### Très bon séjour dans cette belle batisse avec un magnifique jardin

La bâtisse est très belle, sur les hauteurs de la ciotat et adaptée à l'accueil de 10 personnes. Le jardin est luxuriant et très agréable avec la petite piscine/jacuzzi. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Un petit bémol : Nous avons souffert de la chaleur dans les chambres (parfois 30°C, meme avec les volets fermés toute la journée et l'aération le soir et la nuit). Un ventilateur dans chaque chambre serait le bienvenue (et permettrait de chasser les moustiques, très présents!).
