Overall we would stay here again. The having to take your trash away to a spot down the street was a bit inconvenient to us, that part of the communication could have been better. I liked the beds but my wife thought they were rock hard.

Avoid. I will definitely not stay again

1. On a Noisy street. You hear people talking shouting singing, motorcycles passing by until 4 am. 2. No service. You won’t see a single staff and no one responds to messages. 3. All communication is in French. Details are missing such as room entrance codes needed. 4. You are asked to clean up the room and return it to the condition when you arrived. Is this a hotel? Clearly this hotel is not up to international standards. Question to hotels.com, what vetting process do you go through to enroll such a hotel with low standards?

Superbra lägenhetsboende med nära till allt!

Ett suveränt lägenhetsboende. Det är en stark 4 som hade varit en självklar femma om man inte fått alla instruktionsfilmer på franska och om det funnits en tydligare skylt för entrén. Rummet var också aningen trångt att förflytta sig i när bäddsoffan var utfälld men annars var allt toppen. Rent, fräscht och trevlig personal som pratar engelska. Precis utanför entren ligger också ett jättebra cafe med väldigt god frukost och brunch och den trevligaste personalen. Det finns butiker, restauranger och caféer överallt i området och nära till transporter och hamnen. Rekomenderas varmt.

Ett bra boende för pengarna med fantastiskt läge i Marseille. Var lite förvirrande att hitta dock då dörren är väldigt anonym. Vi hade rum mot gården och det var väldigt tyst, enda som hördes var när andra boende kom och gick i dörren till våningsplanet.

Joli mais très bruyant.

Très joli appartement bien réfléchis et décoré. Très bien placé au centre et proche du parking. Lors de notre séjour l'ascenseur ne marchait pas (50 marches à monter) mais surtout un grand problem d’isolation thermique et sonore de la grande vitre. Les bruits de la rue étaient « dans la chambre » très très bruyant. Cela est extrêmement dérangeant et inconfortable - surprenant en considérant l’investissement fait par ailleurs dans l’appartement.

Je ne recommande pas dutout cet hébergement, le secteur du port de Marseille est extrêmement bruyant ( scooter et gens qui cri toute la nuit avec aucune insonorisation). Les autres logements loués sur notre étage étaient des groupes de jeunes hommes qui ont fait du vacarme toute nuit pour les 3 nuits que nous y étions. Juste devant notre porte, nous ne nous sentions absolument pas en sécurité surtout avec deux enfants. Le matin au réveil certains dormaient sur le sol du corridor ou sur les laveuses sécheuses du couloir. Le logement en soi est très jolie et généralement propre, le matelas du haut très dur, près du port et les restaurants de la rue sont vraiment très bons.

Bonne localisation, le reste à améliorer

Idéalement situé et propre, mais : - Aucune flexibilité sur le check-out qui est trop tôt (et check-in très tard) - Très très mauvaise insonorisation : on entend tout dans la rue (très bruyante) et dans le couloir - Manque de certains équipements de base (pas de sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser...) - Exigent que le ménage soit fait à la sortie sous peine de fortes pénalités - Exigent de sortir les poubelles, mais pas d'instructions : on s'est retrouvés à promener la poubelle dans la rue - Studio assez mal agencé, sans possibilité d'ouvrir correctement une grande valise quand le lit est déplié Bref, pratique et bien placé, mais clairement un appartement fait de bric et de broc pour faire un maximum d'économies et pas à la hauteur de son prix.
