L'équipe de l'hôtel est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. L'hôtel se trouve à seulement 250m (3 minutes de marche) de la station de métro Désirée Clary, très facile à accéder depuis la gare Marseille St Charles. À 1,5km du Vieux Port et Le Panier, une vingtaine de minutes à pied ou quelques minutes dans le métro

La chambre est propre, climatisée . Il y a quelques services à l’accueil de l’hôtel. Le personnel est serviable et discret. L’hôtel est très bien. Par contre, si vous venez en voiture, le quartier est un gros problème, il y a beaucoup de vols. Il existe des parkings privés, mais ils sont hors de prix.

Je descends habituellement dans un établissement voisin 4 étoiles, mais franchement, l'accueil d'Hayat, la chef de réception de cet easyHotel, est vraiment remarquable. Sourire et professionnalisme : exactement ce que recherche un voyageur d'affaires. Les chambres sont neuves et la literie parfaite, moi qui suis pourtant difficile sur ce point. Petit-déjeuner très correct, avec des produits de qualité et une huile d'olive qui est pour moi un vrai point de repère (150 nuits d'hôtel par an, ça aide à comparer !). Le sourire et l'accueil bienveillant et sincère de Karima, responsable du petit-déjeuner, et de son équipe dès 7h du matin, ce n'est pas donné à tout le monde. Deux points d'amélioration pour être constructif : les fenêtres qui ne s'ouvrent pas dans les chambres sont un problème pour moi, j'ai besoin d'air. Et le silence presque religieux de la salle du petit-déjeuner mériterait une petite musique d'ambiance pour mettre un peu plus de "good vibes".

Marseille is a great town but would not stay here again. Tokyo sized tiny rooms with giant doors that swing out from bathroom into the room hall making it difficult for 2 people to move around. Only one towel provided for a room with 2 people, and asking for a 2nd towel was on ordeal. First asked for another pillow, but was told they don't have access to them, and night front desk flat out refused to try. The next day they said they didn't have any more pillows because they were fully booked. It wasn't so much that they didn't have them - but the glee and enjoyment the night staff seemed to derive from saying 'no' and the ensuing power trip ruined the hotel for us and the best thing about it was leaving. Don't believe the 10 star reviews, solid 6 or maybe a 7 if you don't get the rude guy.

Location of the hotel didn’t feel very safe, not really close to transportation either. The breakfast was pretty minimal, not much protein to start your day. Save yourself the breakfast fee and go to a local cafe instead. I personally didn’t like the wood bed frame was not comfortable and felt like they slapped a makeshift bed together. Staff was nice. They charge 5€ to hold your luggage before or after check in.

Rarely write reviews, but very much did not enjoy my stay here. Mohamad whom checked me in and started the negative experience was very condescending during the check in process. Not the best way to start my experience at this hotel. This continued the next morning on my way out to check out the city. Secondly, and most importantly, the hotel sits next to a very busy street and depending on which side of the hotel you land on, you will hear traffic, music, and random conversations while trying to rest up during the usual hours of sleep. Lastly, in regards to air-conditioning, the thermostats are setup by default on Eco mode which doesn’t let you go down past 20 degrees Celsius. The only positive was the semi-central location to things as it relates to being walkable.
