"We had wonderful 2 nights stay at Hanbury Manor. Beautiful historic building with amazing grounds, lovely spa and restaurant. We had a small problem with our room and Courtney at reception dealt with quickly and professionally. And our room was spacious and clean with lovely view. We had delicious cocktails at the bar made by Chris. He is excellent barman and we enjoyed his recommendations. Dinner at Zodiac was excellent, dinner was superb with excellent service and attentive staff, we were looked after by Jetmir & his crew. Thank you to all at Hanbury Manor, can’t fault anything at all, we will definitely return and definitely recommend. "

"No plug in the sink. No house phone. No support (other than a hot towel rail) to get out of the shower/bath. Room lighting inadequate. Insufficient milk for morning tea/coffee (in all fairness you are not alone with this deficiency). Inadequate explanation when booking as to whether it is BandB or just Bed. If the car park is full (nowhere near enough if all rooms are taken) you have to walk back to the main building car park. Bedroom cold."
