"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. "I’ve stayed here many times with work and the only thing I have found which is not much of a problem just my preference is that they used to put hot chocolate in the coffee and tea caddy and for the last 4 stays they have now stopped it Nothing to moan about but it was a nicer option when they used to offer that as I’m a non tea/coffee person"
