"Arrived at the Mews and had difficulty finding keys as instructions were not very clear. I had paid extra for a parking permit and no permit was provided in the unit, had to pay again to park car on street as we were warned that they monitor these streets day and night. We booked this unit as we needed to do some laundry, it lists a washer and dryer in the amenities to find out we only had a washing machine and no dryer. Tried calling the housekeeping number and did not get an answer till 9am...

"Lovely big old style hotel entrance which we loved. Friendly staff, great welcome and spacious room with a comfy bed. Only downside was the breakfast. Disappointing for the money. No reflection on staff who were courteous, very efficient and friendly. We expected more choice from the self service continental and the cooked to order breakfast was just mediocre and the coffee horrible! Having said all of this we woukd definitely stay again but swerve the breakfast!"
