best of everything, with so much on your doorstep, and you can bring Fido
along! Take a stroll to the Village for Gondola access to Canyon Lodge, grab a
bite at one of the many restaurants, enjoy shopping, coffee and more. The
convenient free shuttle also is right at your door step to take you throughout
Town. This small community of only 6 townhomes is a small hidden gem offering
luxury Mountain living with all the amenities needed. Split over 3 levels,
this home offers a 2 car private garage (no shoveling needed!), 3 spacious
bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, an open great room with gas fireplace,
private laundry as well as your own private hot tub to take a well deserved
dip at the end of the day! The open plan kitchen / dining / living area offers
space to dine, socialize and enjoy family time. Cook in the beautiful fully
stocked kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops.
Enjoy family meals at the dining area that seats 6 with additional bar counter
seating for 4 or cozy up around the fire on the large comfortable sectional
and catch a movie. This level offers two private decks, one with a BBQ grill
and the other with your very own private hot tub. The bunk room is located on
this level with a Twin over Queen bunk with an additional Twin Trundle pull
out sleeping 4, and flatscreen TV and Wii - the perfect hideaway for the
kiddos - with an adjacent jack and jill full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
On the third level of the townhome are two master suites, each complete with
en-suite private bathroom with shower/tub combo, featuring King beds and
flatscreen TVs. A private / washer dryer makes it just like home. With your
very own boot room in the 2-car private garage (roughly 17'-8"w X 24'L),
complete with sleds, there is plenty of space to store all of your gear and
toys! Complete with pack-n-play, this well stocked home offers everything you
need for a very comfortable and convenient stay! All guests receive
complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club, to enjoy facilities
including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,
pilates and cycle studio and more. This townhome sleeps a maximum of 8 people,
is pet friendly and non-smoking. It is ground floor entry, with two levels
inside, please note all living space is on the 2nd floor. The unit comes with
a 2 car private garage, there are limited outdoor parking spaces at the

Great Rental
We stayed here with family and this home is perfect all around. It is walking distance to the village and shuttle, large rooms and bathrooms. Very comfy beds (which is rare to say). A very well equipped kitchen. We liked everything about it and will definitely stay again next year. Thank you to the owners for making this such a comfortable and fun place to stay!

A Great Spot for Thanksgiving
We rented this spot for a Friends-giving and were very pleased. The kitchen is large and very well stocked, with tons of counter space and a great oven/range. It was the perfect place to cook a big meal and hang out. The village is walkable, which made getting onto the gondola and heading up the mountain the next day a breeze, and also makes it easy to go out for a meal or drinks. Everything was clean and well organized. We'd happily stay again.

Great Location, Well Stocked and Comfortable
This is one of the best condos I have rented in Mammoth. The complex is small with only a few neighbors and steps away from the village gondola. it seemed as if all the beds were comfortable since there were no complaints from anyone. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need to make meals, which is such a nice change and all the rooms even had a humidifier. I would definitely rent this place again

Great property, great location and great management company
Annual Guys Trip - 6 of us, but place could easily sleep 8. Three bathrooms make it easy and the large common area with BBQ and hot tub on balcony were perfect for spring skiing trip. Easy walk to Gondola and to restaurants in Village. 2 car garage fit 2 large vehicles. Management company was super responsive to anything that came up. Outstanding service.
