We arrived pretty late. It was close to 11 and the check-in was really easy. The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and he offered us warm cookies which was something different. The next morning I asked for a later check out and the front desk was so accommodating. I got a little extra time to just relax and go to the Jacuzzi.

Clean room, restaurant on site, parking on site, and friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool which was clean and had plenty of towels for guests. My husband and I were able to work from the lobby which has plenty of seating.

The room was clean, The breakfast is good. The Staff helping with the rooms are helpful and cordial, the Staff in the front desk specially Stephanie needs more training on how to listen customer, I had to repeat my self at least two times and she determines facts instead of asking then confirming.

We only stayed one night; it was a quick trip and the everything was good. The hotel lobby/restaurant area is really impressive - and even though it's undergoing some renovations, the work is well contained and didn't bother us at all. We loved it! Everything was clean and well maintained. The only ding we could give would be for the view. If you want a pretty view, room 222 is not for you - it's just a roof top (AC unit?), We didn't need a view, so we just kept the sheer drapes closed! We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is fairly decent with a nice airy lounge area, that has a bar, check in and reception and a restaurant. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby area. The Starbucks was not opened very long, only for a couple of hours in the morning. That is something that should be addressed. The gym facility is not air conditioned, only with fans and needs more machines. The location is downtown which is not a nice area. The hotel itself is well run, clean, nice rooms and well maintained. There is security in the parking lot. I would stay here again.

Everything was great. The room was nice. The food and drinks were great at the bar and restaurant. I felt like the elevators and a few things could have been cleaned better than everything would have been perfect. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
