This property offers easy self-check-in, private garage and parking for 3 cars, Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, private BBQ, and year-round access to the jacuzzi. Enjoy your next Mammoth vacation by staying in this spectacular home! About the Space: This well-loved property offers a grand Mammoth Mountain retreat. The home is an inviting 2375 sq. ft., two-story townhome, with beautiful unobstructed views of the Sherwin Mountain range. The home borders the Snowcreek golf course and Snowcreek meadow, great for hiking right outside your back door. This 4-bed, 4 full bath, home will comfortably sleep up to 10 people. The home feels spacious with vaulted ceilings and large open living area. The living room offers a comfortable couch with Smart TV, gas fireplace to keep warm during the cold winter months, a dining room table with ample seating, and a private patio with BBQ, overlooking the beautiful mountain views. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked making a perfect space to cook a delicious meal for the whole family. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level, upstairs. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with vaulted ceilings, and closet space. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed, also with vaulted ceilings, and single over single bunk beds, also with closet space. Off the upstairs hallway are two full bathrooms, one with a standing shower, the other with a tub/shower and dual vanity area. Downstairs, on the first level of the home, are the two primary bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, gas burning fireplace, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The second primary bedroom downstairs is also ensuite, with a king-sized bed, ample closet/dresser space, and a shower/tub. Bed linens were of nice quality and beds comfy. Plenty of towels, bathroom products and paper supplies. We had such a good time last year with friends that we brought family this time. Weren’t sure until the last night when we found holes in food packages and then later saw one running around in them downstairs bedrooms. Tried to find it but there are locked closets that we couldn’t access and finally gave up after midnight. Not the most relaxing nights sleep our last night and had to throw away ALL food that was not refrigerated since we knew mice had been on the counters. Reported this the next morning and checked out. Everything about this place was amazing! It’s a beautiful house in an amazing location with a Mountain View right in the back yard (there’s even a little trail right outside)! As well a super quick drive to the mountain for snowboarding. The place is extremely spacious, the fireplaces worked great, and the hot tub in the garage was perfect (my favorite part). We had no trouble working the hot tub, it stayed hot the whole time and was the perfect place to relax after getting off the mountain. Originally we booked for 3 nights, but we ended up staying an extra two nights simply because we weren’t ready to leave. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating, they had no problem adding the extra night each time just on the spot. Was the perfect place for friends gathering to snowboard and relax and would be an amazing family getaway house. Definitely saving this property to come back to! ##### Elizabeth M. The cabin was beautiful at first glance however during our stay noticed it needed some major up keep. Alex from the property management company was extremely helpful and always easy to get a hold of. The place was fairly clean for a rental. TVs, mini heaters and humidifiers in every bedroom. Primary bedroom downstairs is giant. Kids rooms with bunk beds is upstairs near kitchen/living room. If you cook you might want to bring up a couple of baking pans, and big pots/bowls if you have a large group. Tons of glass plates, cups and bowls available but not much safe stuff for kids. Okay so overall, I absolutely loved this place and I definitely want to stay here again. The entrance is to a landing halfway up the stairs and has a bench and place to keep boots and jackets and such. Down the stairs is the master suite (which I stayed in and is so big and comfy) with king bed, big bath tub, separate shower, a fireplace, plenty of floor space and closet and dresser space. Also downstairs is another bedroom with king bed and attached bath. Then there is the entrance to the converted garage with a BIG personal hot tub. Having a private hot tub that you don't have to walk through the freezing cold to get to was amazing. Up the stairs from the entrance is a huge living room with tons of sitting space, the dining area with a large table that easily sat 10 people, and two more bedrooms with two separate bathrooms right outside the bedrooms. One of those bedrooms has a queen bed, the other a queen bed plus twin bunk. Everyone was very happy with their rooms and we had plenty of space to hang out, play games, etc. The only three minor downsides were: 1) only one thermostat for whole place and the upstairs got significantly hotter than downstairs. However they did provide space heaters for downstairs rooms which was nice. 2) No pantry in the kitchen and little to no cabinet space available so pretty much all the non refrigerated food had to just be left out on the counters. Luckily there was a lot of counter space. 3) The kitchen wasn't organized well. Two drawers of silverware, two drawers of cooking utensils (spatulas, large spoons, tongs etc), two cabinets of pots and pans, two drawers taken up with big boxes and random paperwork, plates and cups in different spots, etc. Also only one small, odd baking sheet. If the cabinets and drawers were better organized it would have been way easier to find stuff and cook and also would have opened up space for food storage. But like I said, those were minor downsides and I definitely plan to stay here again. ##### Julianne S. Off season for us but can't quite imaging where you park with 2 feet of snow on the ground (no access provided to garage). Easy start off point right out the back door for hiking in the surrounding valley which also provides nice vistas toward the south. The next condo's deck is inches away from this condo's deck, not a problem in off season september (unoccupied)but absolutely a privacy and possible sound problem, were the adjoining condos to be occupied. There's a "hot tub" in garage at ground level but it's a peculiar set up with difficult access (must be 8 to ten feet long) with one really powerful jet pushing water directionally from one end to the other, not many if any therapeutic jets other than that so it's more one of those swim -against- the- current elongated lap pools than a hot tub. Pretty heavily chlorinated and located indoors as well (captured inside garage space with no ability to raise the garage door provided) and also adjacent to a large master type bedroom which suffers from the odor of chlorine-- and a sensitive smeller would get a whiff of it directly above that garage ceiling on next level bunk bedroom set up for kids (unappealing that odor). Decent value if you're not there in high season but personally would investigate other similar properties (100's of clone condos in that development and others not far away) before returning to this one. ##### Tim L.
