I have been fortunate to stay in many wonderful hotels over the years. Never have I submitted a hotel review - until now. I think that says it all. A total lack of pretentiousness. Wonderfully warm, genuine and incredibly efficient staff. Impeccable service. Truly beautiful location.

I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back.

Exquisite hotel, lovely pool , great service

Friendly welcome, lovely modern hotel and very clean. Also very quiet, no traffic noise at night and didn’t hear other guests either. Would definately stay here again.

It was perfect

very classy-if 14th Century paintings are your thing--and the odd suit of armour- oh and GOLF- Exceptionally comfortable beds -the first bathroom I've ever actually coveted-French brass fittings -nice pool/s (indoor and out) -restaurant expensive if compared to Palma prices (20 minutes by bus -every 1/2 hour out -on the hour back) breakfast buffet excellent. Nice touch in room --a special drawer that housed a collection of glasses -so appropriate one for whiskey/Cava/wine could be used.

Perfect family hotel: the old town and the many food/shopping opportunities kept everyone happy whilst it was super easy to get away running or cycling without needing much of a glance at the map for the sporty ones! Many top food locations within only a few minutes as well as a nice park for kids and the beach just a minute away!

What a gem! Beautifully refurbished hotel. Ultra modern and quirky design. Staff go above and beyond. Great welcome on arrival with champagne and chocolates on a private balcony. We were upgraded to a balcony double room overlooking the bay. Spacious and luxurious the circular bath was a nice surprise. We would definitely revisit. I was on crutches following accident and staff could not have been more helpful

This is the nicest and best run hotel I have ever stayed in, and that includes some major hotels. We arrived early and were greeted with a free upgrade of room, and an invitation to enjoy the breakfast buffet while we waited for our room to be ready (30 mins well spent). The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and had lots of good neighborhood information. The house staff did an immaculate job on our room every day and were very cooperative and accommodating. Really great hotel. The room was amazing, and we loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a shame the bar closed at 4.20pm. The staff are very friendly but everything is quite slow.

This hotel is very well situated above the marina with a great view across the bay from the terrace bar to Palma Cathedral. I travelled with my elderly mother and although the hotel has a lot of steps she was able to manage well. Staff are universally friendly and helpful. We loved our short stay at this hotel and from the moment we arrived we couldn’t have been looked after any better. Everything was spotless and even though we had a standard room it was perfect for the time we stayed. The staff ( especially Marko on reception ) were superb.
