"Loved everything about the resort the workers were amazing, I’m not gonna lie though I wish there wasn’t any like upgrades or different tiers of restaurants and grills for those who are not in the specific tier, when you think of all inclusive you think okay great then to be told oh you have to be this you have to be that, that kinda sucks, the outdoor burger and hotdog grills are considered restaurants which I thought was not fair, when you hear them say 10 restaurants but even that they were still amazing, I wil definitely be there again."

"No beach view we had a garden view if you can call what the showed me a gardem but that's neither here nor there.same meals no real variety. There were several restaurants but the food they served in each one never changed "

"The swimming pool was not crystal clear but they have the option to use all the amenities in the beach club at the Krystal’s hotel in the beach. We were out of hot water for half a day and running water by a couple hours. It was a bit disappointing that the hotel didn’t apologize."

"Clean room great staff and good view"

"I stayed here a few months ago and felt it offered a balance between amenities and value for my money. However, since then there were two main issues with my stay. The refrigerator did not work at all, and I had to use a separate cooler with ice every day to keep my drinks, cold. When I talk to the staff, I was told that I needed to upgrade to a better room for a cooler fridge. The fridge worked fine and I stayed in an identical room my last stay. Also hot water was lacking on two days. I could not get a hot shower no matter how often I tried. Because of these issues, I would not stay here again. It’s unfortunate. The room was cool though and clean."
