Great ocean view on the 12th floor, the room was clean, the staff was nice; it has a great location very near Las Americas Mall, many restaurants and stores. But the Beach Club is VERY LIMITED, there are only 2 times slots to get on the shuttle, it was already full when checked in, so we took our own Uber to the other Krystal property. You only get one day pass if you are spending 2 nights. The other property was very crowded by the pool.

Breakfast was pretty pricey for a very okay buffet but Cancún is Cancún. Rooms fine, big and bright. Very pleasant cleaning staff. Was there for the Hyrox at the Malecon, if you’re going for that it’s perfect location.
