Cliveden House - an Iconic Luxury Hotel

5.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (220)
"Beautiful hotel with amazing grounds, huge room and lots of
luxurious
touches. The beds were comfortable and the big round bath was something else. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. The only negatives were when the corporate side of things disturbed the other guests - the braying sales teams taking over the breakfast room with their luggage wasn't ideal, nor the loud wedding planning meeting while we were
relaxing
in the residents’ lounge. I’m sure there is enough...

River Arts Club

4.5 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (227)
"This is the most idyllic, stunning, charming, and
romantic
hotel in which I have ever stayed. The only thing I wish is to have stayed here longer. It felt like I was living in a fairy tale. I can genuinely say this place is so much better than staying at some regular, modern
luxury
hotel. Can’t wait to return some day with my partner! Wonderful food, and warm, friendly, welcoming staff. "

8.2 out of 10, Very good, (336)
"Set in beautiful grounds on the edge of the quintessentially English village of Taplow. Staff were friendly and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed an evening meal which was good value for money.
Spa

The Olde Bell, BW Signature Collection

3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (359)
"We booked a
luxury
room, had all you would expect, large room , nicely decorated. We opted for the curry special evening meal- worst curry I have ever had, the description given by staff was chicken or vegetable, well they should have said veg curry full of chickpeas with a few added bits of chicken. Staff had no knowledge of their own products. Breakfast was fantastic- good variety, perfect staff and very helpful . "
