Absolutely beautiful food! Superbly cooked and presented-reasonably priced. Huge portions.
Room facilities excellent and helpful friendly staff. Very clean with everything you'd need and tastefully decorated. The mattress wasn't terrific and we informed reception the next morning and they apologised and said they'd take a look at it. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This was our first stay at a B&B. An originally planned one-night stay turned spontaneously into a 2-night stay, but Tom & Patricia are lovely hosts and have accommodated to our flexible needs fuss-free & professionally. We stayed in the rooms in the loft conversion (exec king size they're called) which were very cosy, super clean and had a very well equipped coffee/tea station. Breakfast was satisfying and made with loving hands. The hosts made us feel very at home and I want to thank...

The weather was extremely hot. Ridiculously hot. I think it was the hottest day in Oxfordshire for about thirty years, and it was more-or-less impossible to get the temperature in the room down to something reasonable.
But with that sole exception, everything about the hotel was really very good indeed, and I would happily go there again. In fact we are considering going down there sometime cooler for a naughty weekend, maybe in the autumn when it's cooler.

Really good hotel, food - evening meal and breakfast very good with excellent personal friendly service.
Although in old town centre, the bar area has a real country inn type atmosphere.

Excellent location for travelling by tube into central London. Very helpful staff. Bonus points for Aldi and Tesco nearby!
We didn't make use of the bar or breakfast option so can't comment, but breakfast did smell very nice! Parking was easy. Would use again.
