"Love this hotel easy to park good access to hotel from car park, room service very good .only one thing dont like the services charges to serve you drink added to bill makes ut expensive."

"All staff were most helpful, the reception ladies for sorting our parking, the spa gent with our spa / pool experience and the bar and dining staff, a big thank you for making our short stay a very pleasant one. We are sure to return when we have an opportunity."

"We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very child friendly with a lending library of books and games, colouring and the staff even had little pouches of duck food to feed the swans on the canal. The pool was clean and the water was warm though the changing rooms were very cold and a little tired. This didn’t stop us having an excellent swimming experience though. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for more and both said that we’d stay here again in a heartbeat if we were to return to the area. "

"My mother required a more accessible bathroom because of new disability. Staff members Sallie and Steve McCabe were able to find her a suitable alternative room which made her stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Many thanks both"
