Walking distance to shops, Km Zero, restaurants and Retiro Park as well as Prado and Reina Sofia Museums, Puerta Alcala. The staff is super friendly and very professional. Always ready to assist and give suggestions/recommendations. Housekeeping is impeccable and flexible with your needs. We stayed in the Penthouse suite with jacuzzi and enjoyed every moment in a high quality building with excellent amenities. Best breakfast buffet ever!! There is a great restaurant inside the hotel if you don’t feel like going out. Super clean with a nice calm classy atmosphere. You can’t go wrong. I will always stay here when in Madrid. Highly recommended!!"
